Opportunity Details

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate over the phone with clients, customers, and colleagues professionally.
  • Manage email inboxes and organise incoming communications.
  • Schedule appointments with surveyors/installers and coordinate logistics.
  • Organise, report, and manage data using spreadsheets.
  • Assist with managing in-house computer systems for data entry and document management.
  • Collate photographic evidence for installations.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Compile and maintain project files.
  • Work with bespoke software to manage client and case information.
  • Assist with general administrative duties as requested by the team.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • GCSE in English (Grade 4 or above)
  • GCSE in Maths (Grade 4 or above)

Skills & Qualities:

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with office procedures and administrative functions is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using computerised systems for data entry and document management.
  • Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
